What we use
This site sets no advertising cookies, no social media trackers, and no third-party cookies. What we store falls into two groups:
- Strictly necessary
- One entry in your browser’s local storage records your cookie choice so we do not ask again on every page. This requires no consent under Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act, because without it the site cannot honour your decision.
- Audience measurement (consent required)
- If you accept, we may record anonymous, aggregated statistics about which pages are visited. This is used to improve the site. It is never used for advertising, never sold, and is not active until you accept.
Fonts and external requests
Our typefaces are served from our own domain rather than a third-party font service, so loading this site does not disclose your IP address to an external provider.
Your choice
When you first arrive you are asked to accept or refuse. Refusing is as easy as accepting, one click with the same prominence, and it costs you no functionality. You can change your decision at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page.
Your choice is kept for up to 6 months. After that we ask again.
Managing storage in your browser
You can also clear or block site storage through your browser settings. Doing so will remove the record of your choice, so you will be asked again on your next visit. Blocking all storage may affect how some sites function, though not this one.
